The World Health Organization has recognized yoga as a health asset. We usually start out practising yoga in order to keep our body in shape, because of a doctor’s recommendation or because we are looking for emotional, mental or spiritual stability. Whatever the reason we take up the practice, it has multiple health benefits and those who practice it on a regular base and with certain discipline experience a positive change in their body and mind.

*For the workshop it is best you bring a yoga mat instead of a fitness mat.
